Return and Refund Policy
At KK Glass, we are committed to delivering unbroken, undamaged products to your doorstep. However, in the unlikely event that you receive a damaged item, we offer a hassle-free return and refund policy.
Returns or Replacements
If you receive a damaged or defective product, or if the product does not match the specifications of your original order, please notify the KK Glass team within 24 hours of delivery. You can do so by sending pictures and details via WhatsApp to +91 76690 66682. We will then arrange for a free replacement or issue a full refund, depending on the nature of the issue and after assessing the situation.
Refunds
If you are eligible for a refund, it will be processed according to the following guidelines:
- For orders paid online or via credit/debit card at the time of delivery, the refund will be initiated within 15-20 working days from the date of the refund request. The refund will be credited back to your online account or the original payment method used.
- If you are entitled to a promo code as a refund, it will be provided to you within 15-20 working days through either a hard copy or email, based on the most suitable method determined by KK Glass.
- Please note that once a promo code is used, it cannot be reactivated in case of order cancellation.
Cancellation Prior to Delivery
You can cancel your order (except for customer-specified or made-to-order products) at any time before delivery by contacting KK Glass customer care via WhatsApp or email. Any advance payment made will be refunded as per our refund policy
Cancellation at the Time of Delivery
We do not entertain cancellations at the time of delivery due to the fragility of our product range.
Cancellation After Delivery
Once a product is delivered, it cannot be returned. However, if you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 24 hours of delivery with pictures via WhatsApp to +91 76690 66682. We will then arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.
